Adopt a red ant

The last few months I've been dying to get a pet (more so than ever) so every day I comb the entire pet section at Craigslits trying to find the perfect siamese kitten for me. I've seen countless animals, many are listed over and over again. Like there's this dog with an underbite, he is so ugly! So he gets listed and relisted. Poor guy.

Sometimes I see ads for memorable pets, like Bruno the dog and Rattles the rattlesnake. I would have never adopted them but hopefully they found good homes.

Today I saw this funny ad for a pet red ant. Maybe you, dear reader, would like to adopt him?

Hi,

we have an Ant for adoption . We think it's a female because of it's smaller size. She is a nice redish color.
She is very sweet and does not bite. She eats sugar and anything sweet and will come up to you if you have a sugar treat. She is very quiet and very low maintenance and can be left loose while supervised.

There is a small adoption fee to ensure she goes to a good home.

Must have experience with Ants. To good home only.


I hope too that she (or he?) finds a good home :P and that in that home they don't sleep with him and crush him :(
