Wanna meet this dog?

I've told you before about the Pet ads I'm a fervent fan of reading. Well, today while perusing the ads I came across a dog I have to share with you.

As you probably know, we have plenty of homeless pets in California, but for some reason shelters have been importing homeless dogs from Taiwan lately. This is one of those. The dog is one year old, It has all his shots, obeys basic commands, etc.
Problem? Since half his body is paralyzed he can't walk so he needs help with that:

You know what else he needs help with? I'll let him explain: "Because I am mostly paralyzed from the waist down, I don't have control over my bladder and bowels, so I need to be manually expressed, usually first thing in the morning, last thing at night and at least once about every 6 hours during the day. It's not difficult and I am very patient about it. My foster mum taught herself how to do it and will show you how"

Here it is:

Want to know more about him? Since he lived on the streets he's territorial with his bowl of food. He can't be disturbed when he is tired and trying to sleep because he gets defensive; to get on his good side he has to be given a treat first. He needs someone to be with him most of the day. He can't handle "slippery floors". He prefers an only adults house and needs to wear little dog pants so his legs won't get scratched:

Gotta say he looks funny with those pants, doesn't he?

Would you like to adopt him? You can take this dog home for only $250.00! And since the dog is only one year old, the next time someone asks you where you see yourself in 10 years you can answer with certainty "I see myself 'manually expressing' a dog 4 times a day". There are a billion other things I'd rather be certain of but for only $250.00 you can have a little something you can be sure you're going to be doing with your life. It's all good as long as you keep catering to his needs... And don't forget to tip toe around him when he's napping! Shhh!

My GF's dream pet is a Frenchie (bull dog) who is paralyzed with what i call "the chariot" wheelchair as support. like this chihuahua:

while a chariot-dog is wicked cool, i'm not a fan of the "manually expressed" part. :7x
